Meetings


Quarterly The home owners association board meets quarterly, typically in the months of January, April, July, and October.
Anyone is allowed to attend these meetings as an observer, but only board members may conduct business. Non-board members may request a new business item or concern, if needed.

Annually The annual meeting usually occurs between February and May. At this meeting we elect new board members, if required, and discuss the budget and current items, including committee reports.
The annual meeting for 2023 was held on March 26th.
